This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working closely with clients, collaborating across teams, and helping bring strategic healthcare communications programs to life.

The Role:

• Serve as a key day-to-day contact for clients, building strong and trusted relationships
\n
• Support the development and execution of integrated healthcare communications programs
\n
• Work closely with account, medical, creative, and project management teams to deliver high-quality client work
\n
• Manage timelines, deliverables, and project details while ensuring work stays on track
\n
• Contribute to client meetings, status calls, presentations, and strategic discussions
\n
• Help identify opportunities to grow and strengthen existing client relationships
\n
• Develop a strong understanding of clients, their brands, therapeutic areas, and business objectives
\n

What We’re Looking For:

• 1–3+ years of experience within a healthcare communications, medical communications, or healthcare agency
\n
• Strong client service and account management skills
\n
• Experience managing multiple projects and competing priorities
\n
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
\n
• Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment
\n
• A proactive, collaborative mindset with a genuine interest in healthcare communications
\n
• Ability to confidently communicate with both internal teams and external clients
\n
