Senior Account Executive

Job Description Our client is seeking an accomplished commercial trucking insurance professional to lead service operations and oversee complex motor carrier accounts. This leadership role is responsible for building scalable workflows, ensuring consistent use of Applied Epic, and serving as the primary service partner for high‑value trucking clients. The ideal candidate brings deep technical expertise, strong operational judgment, and the ability to guide a growing service team within a fast‑expanding transportation‑focused organization. Primary Responsibilities Provide leadership and oversight for service operations supporting trucking and motor carrier accounts. Manage renewal execution, submission preparation, coverage analysis, and client service strategy for complex risks. Review policies, endorsements, certificates, schedules, and related documentation to ensure accuracy and alignment with client requirements. Deliver technical guidance on commercial auto, motor truck cargo, general liability, workers’ compensation, physical damage, and umbrella coverages. Develop and implement workflows, service standards, documentation requirements, and quality control measures. Mentor, train, and support service staff as the department expands, fostering consistency and professional development. Collaborate effectively with carriers, wholesalers, premium finance partners, and claims personnel to support client needs and operational efficiency. Qualifications Minimum of 7 years of commercial insurance service or account management experience . Direct experience managing commercial trucking or motor carrier accounts is required. Active Property & Casualty license , or the ability to obtain one promptly. Strong technical knowledge of transportation‑related coverages and demonstrated ability to manage complex accounts. Experience mentoring, training, or leading service professionals. Preferred Qualifications Advanced proficiency with Applied Epic , including workflows, documentation standards, and renewal management.
