Temporary Compensation AnalystEligible for a hybrid work schedule split between home & office, with a minimum of 3 days in the office each week. As a Temporary Compensation Analyst, you'll play a key role in supporting our Total Rewards team by helping ensure our compensation programs remain competitive, equitable, and aligned with our business needs. In this role, you'll use market data, compensation surveys, and analytical insights to evaluate positions, support compensation decisions, and help maintain the integrity of our compensation structure. You'll have the opportunity to make an immediate impact while contributing to meaningful projects that support our team members across the organization.You'll Thrive in This Role If You ArePassionate about compensation analysis and market pricing.Highly analytical and enjoy turning data into actionable recommendations.Detail-oriented and committed to accuracy.Comfortable evaluating complex information and making sound business recommendations.A strong communicator who can explain compensation concepts clearly and effectively.Skilled at balancing internal equity with external market competitiveness.Self-motivated and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Proficient in working with large data sets and advanced Excel functions.Here's More of What You'll Get to DoConduct market pricing analyses for new and existing positions using multiple compensation survey sources and market data.Evaluate and benchmark jobs to determine appropriate pay grades and salary structures based on internal equity and external competitiveness.Analyze compensation data and develop recommendations for new hires, promotions, transfers, and other compensation-related actions.Participate in the development, review, and maintenance of job descriptions to support accurate job evaluation and market alignment.Interpret salary survey data and identify appropriate survey matches based on job responsibilities and organizational structure.Partner with stakeholders to ensure compensation practices support business objectives and talent strategies.Utilize compensation data and reporting tools to provide insights that support informed decision-making.What We RequireBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.Four or more years of progressive compensation experience.Significant experience with market pricing and job evaluation.Experience using major compensation survey providers such as Mercer, WTW, Aon Radford, Salary.com, or similar platforms.Strong understanding of compensation principles, salary administration, and market pricing methodologies.Advanced analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret complex compensation data.Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups, and data analysis functions.Ability to provide thoughtful recommendations based on market data and business needs.What We PreferExperience supporting compensation programs within a large, multi-location organization.Experience partnering with HR and business leaders on compensation-related initiatives.Strong project management and organizational skills.Experience working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.Familiarity with compensation systems, HRIS platforms, and reporting tools.Proven ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on analysis and execution.What We OfferSick Time (In locations where required)Medical Plan Available (Must meet service and hours requirement)25%-35% discount when dining as a guestAbout the CompanyNamed to FORTUNE Magazine's "100 Best Companies to Work For®" list every year since 2014, The Cheesecake Factory Incorporated is a leader in experiential dining.
