Administrative Assistant
Administrative Assistant will assist our client with day-to-day operations and will help manage records, planning, scheduling and agendas for key projects.
Produces and reviews ad hoc reports and ensures data accuracy and integrity. Assist in ordering office supplies. Ensures employee training records, electronic or hard copies; are current and updated to meet internal/external training audits and records retention requirements. Any other related tasks.
Must be local to Big Spring, Texas. 3+ years of strong administrative experience within an office setting. Must be proficient in Excel, SAP is preferred. Must be a team player.
