Location: Batavia, Oh
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday–Friday, with occasional Saturday work as needed
Compensation: Base pay plus Commission and Bonus

About Sunrush Water

Sunrush Water is looking for a dependable, energetic, customer-focused Bottled Water Sales & Delivery Representative to join our team.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys being on the road, working independently, meeting new people, and building relationships with customers. You will be responsible for delivering bottled water and related products while also identifying opportunities to grow sales and develop new customer accounts.

Position Responsibilities

• Deliver bottled water and related products to residential and commercial customers on an assigned route.
• Provide friendly, professional service at every customer interaction.
• Load and unload bottled water and delivery equipment safely.
• Build strong relationships with existing customers and provide excellent customer service.
• Identify opportunities to increase sales with existing customers.
• Prospect for new residential and commercial customers within the service area.
• Explain Sunrush Water products, services, delivery options, and pricing to prospective customers.
• Follow up on sales leads and referrals.
• Maintain accurate customer and delivery records.
• Collect payments when required and handle transactions accurately.
• Inspect delivery vehicles and report maintenance or safety concerns.
• Maintain a clean, organized vehicle and professional appearance.
• Represent Sunrush Water positively in the community.
• Meet established delivery, service, and sales goals.

• Comfortable with sales and asking for the business.
• Physically capable of lifting and moving bottled water and related equipment.
• Organized and able to manage a daily delivery route.
• Safety-conscious and responsible.
• Comfortable using a smartphone for navigation, customer information, and delivery records.
• A problem solver who takes pride in providing excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Previous delivery, route sales, customer service, or sales experience preferred.
• Previous experience in bottled water, beverage, vending, or route delivery is a plus.
• Must be able to safely lift and carry bottled water products.
• Must be willing to work outdoors and in varying weather conditions.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to drive a forklift
