Project Manager

Location: Los Angeles, CA

Compensation: $90,000–$110,000

Type: Full-time (part-time / fractional arrangements considered based on experience and availability)

KoobrikLabs is seeking a Project Manager to support delivery across our AI and creative technology engagements.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys bringing structure, clarity, and momentum to complex projects involving multiple stakeholders and evolving requirements. You’ll help ensure projects stay aligned, organized, and moving forward while supporting communication between technical teams and clients.

• Manage timelines, milestones, and delivery coordination across projects

• Run project check-ins, status updates, and delivery tracking

• Coordinate communication between clients, leadership, and technical teams

• Identify risks, blockers, and delivery dependencies early

• Maintain project documentation, plans, and reporting

• Support resource planning and scheduling

• Help improve internal delivery operations and processes

• Keep projects organized, on schedule, and clearly communicated

• Ensure stakeholders have visibility into progress and risks

• Support high-quality delivery experiences for clients

• Improve delivery coordination and operational consistency

Essential

• 4–6+ years of project management or delivery coordination experience

• Experience managing complex digital, software, or technical projects

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams

• Comfortable working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Desirable

• Experience in AI, software, or digital consulting environments

• Familiarity with Agile delivery practices

• Experience using project management tools such as Jira, Linear, or Asana

• Exposure to creative-industry workflows or media organizations

• A high-impact delivery role at a fast-growing creative technology consultancy

• Meaningful client work with leading creative organizations
