We're looking for a talented, professional buyer's agent to join our expanding team. You'll guide clients through the entire home-buying process — from pre-qualified leads to showings, negotiation, and closing — as their trusted point of contact. What success looks like at 6 months:
3–6 home sales/month (or pipeline equivalent), high client satisfaction, steady referral flow
$150,000+ expected annual net income (commission-driven; details provided during interview)
$100,000
Responsibilities:What you’ll do:
Meet with prospective buyers and sellers to understand their real estate needs and goals
Show properties and guide buyers to purchase
Provide consultative, client-first service and ask for referrals
Close 3 or more deals per month
Earn $150,000+ net income annually
Close more deals in less time with less stress and earn a rewarding income
What you bring (must-haves):
Texas real estate license or willingness to obtain one
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
Nice-to-haves:
Proven closing history or local market knowledge
Bilingual Spanish speaker
