Lead UI Developer

Job Title
Job Overview: Pay Range: $45hr - $50hr
Develop and maintain modern user interfaces using JavaScript and TypeScript following best practices.
Work with modern frontend frameworks to build scalable and high-performing applications.
Design and implement responsive and mobile-first web applications.
Ensure compliance with web accessibility standards and semantic HTML practices.
Optimize frontend performance using techniques such as lazy loading and code splitting.
Translate product requirements into technical specifications and test cases.
Build reusable and maintainable UI components and maintain component libraries.
Collaborate with design teams using UI design tools to ensure seamless user experience.
Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning and retrospectives.
Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle.
Experience:
Strong experience in frontend development using JavaScript and TypeScript.
Experience working with modern JavaScript frameworks.
Experience in Agile or Scrum environments.
Responsibilities:
Lead UI development efforts and ensure high-quality deliverables.
Develop scalable and reusable frontend components.
Optimize application performance and user experience.
Collaborate with designers and backend teams.
Maintain testing and deployment processes.
Should Have:
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to manage tasks independently and take ownership.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Skills:
Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
Experience with CSS preprocessors and responsive design.
Knowledge of frontend performance optimization techniques.
Experience with build tools and CI/CD practices.
Familiarity with unit testing and UI testing frameworks.
Experience with component-based development and design tools.
Qualification And Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field or equivalent experience.
