Software Sales Manager

About the Role:

Join Sequretek Inc as a Software Sales Manager and lead our dynamic sales team in Princeton, NJ. In this exciting role, you will drive revenue growth and expand our market presence while promoting cutting-edge cybersecurity solutions.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company goals.
Identify and engage potential clients, building strong relationships.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective customers.
Collaborate with marketing to create effective sales collateral.
Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to inform sales tactics.
Manage the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and closing deals.
Provide ongoing training and support to sales team members.
Report on sales performance and forecast future sales trends.

Requirements:

Proven experience in software sales, preferably in cybersecurity.
Strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
Positive attitude and a passion for technology and sales.
