Mason and Grant is currently searching for a Lead Installation Technician to add to our steadily growing team and heavy demand of our services in Auburn, NY and its surrounding areas.
Primarily a residential based service company, we are looking into an experienced future team member that has the knowledge and skills to install forced air furnaces, central air conditioners, ductless mini splits, water heaters, and boilers systems of many different sizes, settings, and scenarios from smaller simple equipment add-ons/swap outs to full scale new house build HVAC installations.
Some teaching is available but we are looking for an individual that is proficient in sheet metal craftsmanship, brazing, soldering, and a good overall understanding of all the equipment listed above.
Our company is small and other work within can and will be offered when installations in the rare
occasions are not going on. Duties include parts replacement, service work within your limits, and
overall shop maintenance.

A starting wage to this position is $25.00+/h r regardless of experience. If more experienced, consider the
start of employment being a trial period. Trial periods may vary with what work is available. Once worth
and skillset has been proven, a renegotiated wage will immediately come into effect. For even further
