Residential Specialist

Residential Specialist Pay range: $20–23.19 per hour. Benefits: 3 weeks pro‑rated paid vacation to start. Excellent health, dental, and vision coverage. 9 paid holidays and 1 week personal time. Shift differential, additional weekend differential, and generous holiday pay. $1,000 sign‑on bonus. We are looking for a creative, flexible, and dependable individual to support people living with mental health and/or substance use challenges by helping them develop independent living and emotional regulation skills, integral to achieving their treatment goals. The position is located within a short driving distance from Keene, Lebanon, and Hanover, New Hampshire, offering great family communities, work/life balance, low traffic, nearby shopping, and a lower cost of living compared to larger cities. Qualifications High school diploma or GED, or preferably an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, or another human services field. Experience working with individuals with mental health and/or substance use challenges. Valid driver’s license, car insurance, and reliable transportation.
