About the Role:
Diamond Distributions LLC is looking for a driven and energetic Field Sales Representative to join our growing team. Responsibilities:

• Prospect and develop new business opportunities within an assigned territory
• Conduct in-person client visits, product presentations, and sales calls
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential customers
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs
• Represent Diamond Distributions LLC professionally at customer sites and industry events
• Track sales activity, pipeline, and customer interactions using CRM tools
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• 1+ years of field sales, outside sales, or B2B sales experience preferred
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in the field
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
• Proficiency with CRM software and basic computer applications
• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree a plus
