Senior Director of Commercial Strategy

Leading the end-to-end annual planning process, the full-time Senior Director of Commercial Strategy will centralize and drive key commercial strategy functions in a remote environment, ensuring alignment with business objectives and optimizing sales performance through data-driven decision-making. Key responsibilities Lead the annual planning process, including segmentation, territory alignment, and coverage design Define and execute commercial strategy while establishing governance frameworks and planning cadences Oversee financial modeling, forecasting, and cost-to-serve optimization in collaboration with finance teams Required qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 10+ years of experience in commercial strategy or sales strategy 5+ years of leadership experience in a matrixed organization Experience with annual planning, segmentation, and territory design Strong analytical skills, including financial modeling and forecasting
