Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site Social Worker position based in the Columbus, Ohio Metropolitan Area. The Social Worker will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing and executing treatment plans, providing individual and group counseling, and supporting clients in navigating resources. The role includes close collaboration with other professionals to ensure comprehensive care, maintaining accurate case documentation, and participating in community outreach efforts to connect individuals with necessary mental health and substance abuse services. Qualifications Proficiency in conducting assessments and creating individualized treatment plans Strong skills in individual counseling, group facilitation, and crisis intervention Experience in case management and resource coordination Ability to document case notes and maintain compliance with all applicable standards Excellent written and verbal communication skills Master’s degree in Social Work or a related field required; Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW) or Licensed Social Worker (LSW) preferred Experience in mental health or substance abuse counseling is strongly recommended Commitment to supporting clients with diverse backgrounds and needs #J-18808-Ljbffr
