Qualifications:

• Active RN license
• Prior experience in Stepdown or Progressive Care Unit (PCU) settings
• Proven critical thinking and effective communication skills
• BLS/ACLS certification preferred
• Ability to work collaboratively in rapidly changing environments
• Strong time management and organizational skills

Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality care to patients requiring close monitoring between intensive and general care
• Administer medications, manage drips, and monitor vital signs
• Implement individualized care plans with the interdisciplinary team

• Promptly recognize and respond to changes in patient condition
