Schedule/Hours:

Qualifications:

• Active and unrestricted RN license
• At least one year of recent experience in Stepdown and/or Progressive Care Unit (PCU) settings
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
• BLS and ACLS certifications (required)
• Adaptability and dedication to best practices in patient-centered care

Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients in progressive stepdown units
• Monitor, interpret, and document vital signs and cardiac rhythms
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams for effective patient outcomes
• Provide education and emotional support to patients and their families
• Participate in rapid response interventions as needed
• Maintain accurate clinical records and administer medications safely
