Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver patient-centered care for Stepdown and Progressive Care Unit (PCU) patients with complex clinical needs.
• Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and perform frequent assessments.

• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and ongoing care.
• Document care accurately in electronic health records.
• Adhere to compliance, safety, and infection control protocols.

Qualifications:

• Current, active RN license.
• Minimum of 1 year recent experience in Stepdown and/or Progressive Care Unit (PCU) environments.
• BLS and ACLS certifications.
