Senior Program Manager

Senior Program Manager, responsible for leading the Healthcare Engineering and Facilities Program for the Department of Veterans Affairs, ensuring high-quality delivery and compliance in a full-time role. Key Responsibilities Lead and enforce work standards across assigned HEFP portfolio program areas, ensuring consistent delivery Supervise and mentor contractor personnel, aligning teams with contract requirements and performance expectations Present program status and recommendations to VA leadership, facilitating communication and risk management Required Qualifications Minimum 15 years of program management experience with a BS degree, or 10 years with an MS degree, or 5 years of VA-specific experience combined with 10 years of relevant experience Bachelor of Science (BS) in a relevant medical, engineering, or science discipline required; Master of Science (MS) preferred Experience within the VA, VHA, or a comparable federal healthcare agency, with knowledge of VHA capital planning and facilities engineering Ability to obtain and maintain a VA Personal Identity Verification (PIV) credential and pass a VA background investigation Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and experience with business intelligence/analytic tools for program performance management
