Pay & Benefits:

• Pay Rate: Hourly, starting at $28.57 to $37.84; specific hourly rate discussed upon application

What You'll Do:

• Perform routine Epic and bedside medication verification
• Work independently in critical care areas after clinical check-offs
• Administer all modalities of respiratory therapy across hospital units
• Assess patient needs and recommend appropriate therapies following RT protocols
• Mentor students and new staff members
• Support the clinical team with coverage during sick and medical leave

What You Need:

• Kansas RT license and NBRC CRT/RRT credential
• Associate's Degree in Respiratory Care or higher preferred
• BLS, PALS, ACLS, NRP certifications
• Minimum 6 months of critical care experience (preferred)
• Basic computer skills and a strong team ethic
