Job Summary:

Seeking a qualified Physical Therapist for a 13-week contract opportunity. The role involves delivering comprehensive physical therapy services to patients, ensuring optimal recovery and mobility.

Responsibilities:

• 
  Evaluate patients' physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans.
  
  
• 
  Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other interventions as indicated.
  
  
• 
  Monitor and document patient progress regularly, adjusting treatments as necessary.
  
  
• 
  Educate patients and their families on post-treatment care and injury prevention.
  
  
• 
  Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient outcomes.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  Valid state or federal-issued identification required.
  
  
• 
  Current licensed Physical Therapist in good standing.
  
  
• 
  Proven experience in outpatient or inpatient therapy settings preferred.
  
  
• 
  Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  
  
• 
  Ability to work Monday through Friday with flexibility for scheduling as needed.
  
  
• 
  Certification in CPR/BLS required.
