Customer Service Representative

LaSalle Network is partnering with a rapidly growing sports media and technology organization to hire a fully remote Customer Service Representative. This contract opportunity is ideal for candidates with strong customer service and order management experience looking to join a high-growth organization with immediate hiring needs.



Responsibilities

• Process customer orders and fulfillment requests
  
  
• Create new customer accounts and subscriptions
  
  
• Manage account updates, cancellations, returns, and replacement requests
  
  
• Review and maintain accurate customer information within internal systems
  
  
• Monitor order status and proactively identify issues requiring resolution
  
  
• Investigate and resolve fulfillment and operational exceptions
  
  
• Partner with Customer Support, Fulfillment, Finance, Revenue Operations, and Customer Success teams
  
  
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
  
  
• Support enterprise customer projects and special operational initiatives
  
  
• Manage a high volume of transactions while maintaining accuracy

Requirements

• Previous customer service, customer operations, order processing, account management, or administrative experience preferred
  
  
• Experience working within CRM systems such as Salesforce preferred
  
  
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
