Property Maintenance Technician Location: Orange Beach, AL Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour Schedule: Friday - Tuesday | Off Wednesday/Thursday Job Overview: We are seeking a Resort Property Maintenance Technician to start immediately. This role will perform general facility maintenance tasks, including fixture installation, wall repairs, and paint touch-ups, and will complete basic electrical work such as changing light bulbs and installing ceiling fans. Qualifications Diploma or GED. One year of related experience at a resort. Prior maintenance or repair experience in industrial settings. Strong mechanical and electrical problem‑solving skills.
