American Cruise Lines seeks an Executive Chef to lead our shipboard galley during the 2026 cruising season. You will plan, prepare, and present elevated regional cuisine, mentor a galley team, and deliver exceptional guest dining while at sea. You must have 6–8+ years in full-service dining, strong leadership and FDA/sanitation knowledge, ServSafe preferred, TWIC, and the ability to manage priorities under pressure aboard a moving vessel. #J-18808-Ljbffr American Cruise Lines
