Executive Assistant 1500903 Hourly pay: $40-$45/hr Worksite: Leading university (Stanford, CA 94305 - Onsite) W2 Employment, Group Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Retirement Savings Program, PSL 40 hours/week, 3 Month Assignment A leading university is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide administrative and office support in a fast‑paced environment. This role is responsible for coordinating schedules, managing communications, maintaining records, supporting meetings, and ensuring the efficient day‑to‑day operation of the office. Responsibilities Manage calendars, schedule meetings and appointments, coordinate meeting logistics, prepare agendas, record meeting minutes, and track follow‑up actions. Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external inquiries while providing professional customer service and administrative support. Prepare, proofread, format, and maintain correspondence, reports, electronic and paper filing systems, and other business documents with a high level of accuracy. Perform general office administration, including data entry, copying, scanning, monitoring office supplies, coordinating equipment maintenance, and maintaining organized office operations. Support multiple administrative priorities by maintaining accurate records, meeting deadlines, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure efficient workflow. Qualifications Experience in an administrative, office support, or administrative assistant role. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, Zoom, and standard office technology. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with strong attention to detail and accuracy. Professional demeanor with strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
