What You'll Be Doing
As a Maintenance Sales Representative, you'll serve as a trusted advisor to customers while driving new business and expanding existing relationships.
Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned markets
• Manage the complete sales cycle, including prospecting, discovery, presentations, proposals, negotiations, and closing
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and internal teams to develop tailored customer solutions
• Understand customer needs and effectively communicate the value of technical products and services
• Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM documentation
• Drive long-term account growth through strategic relationship management and exceptional customer service

What We're Looking For Qualifications

• 5+ years of successful B2B sales experience within manufacturing, industrial, technical, maintenance, or related industries
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
• Experience managing complex sales processes involving multiple stakeholders and decision-makers
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Ability to establish credibility and build trusted customer relationships
• Comfortable discussing and selling technical products, services, or engineered solutions
