What You'll Do:

• Assist and prepare for cardiac and vascular surgeries, including CABG, heart transplants, LVAD, TAVR, TEVAR, and more
• Set up and maintain sterile field for complex procedures
• Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure smooth operations in ORs and hybrid suites
• Handle intraoperative equipment and instrumentation for diverse cardiothoracic and vascular cases
• Support patients and staff in a fast-paced, high-acuity surgery environment
• Document surgical procedures accurately using hospital systems such as Excellian/Epic
• Adapt to hospital protocols and contribute to patient safety and quality outcomes

What You Need:

• Certification: NBSTSA or NCCT
• BLS certification
• Minimum 1 year of CVOR or related surgical experience
• Ability to work scheduled shifts and up to 2 weekends/month including holidays

• Experience with cardiac, vascular, and transplant cases
• Ability to work in a fast-paced surgery environment
