Facility Highlights 19 bays 15 lifts Modern diagnostic equipment and scan tools Clean, professional work environment Strong team culture Consistent workflow year-round What We’re Looking For Minimum 1 year of Service Advisor experience required Automotive industry experience required Independent repair shop experience preferred Knowledge of Domestic, Asian, and European vehicles preferred Strong customer service and communication skills required Ability to handle customer concerns professionally required Leadership or mentoring experience is a plus Valid driver’s license required Ability to pass a background check What You’ll Do Welcome customers and perform vehicle intake Create repair orders and accurate vehicle write-ups Build and present estimates Review Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVIs) with customers Recommend maintenance and repair services Obtain repair authorizations Communicate with customers throughout the repair process Manage repair orders through completion Technology You’ll Use Tekmetric Shop Management System Shopgenie CRM and customer communication platform Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVIs) Join a Shop Built to Last At Ness Automotive, you’ll join a team that values professionalism, accountability, and doing right by customers.
