Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, your expertise will be essential in delivering compassionate and ethical mental health counseling. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will be centered around supporting stable, low acuity adults who present with a diverse range of mental health needs, including anxiety, depression, and stress management. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, the following qualifications are required:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Possession of one of the following licenses to practice independently: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• No limits or provisional licenses, and no history of disciplinary actions.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a compassionate approach to client interactions.

• Proficiency in using technology and virtual platforms for therapy sessions.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of two years of relevant experience is required, preference will be given to candidates who demonstrate experience in telehealth services and administering solution-focused therapies. Experience working with diverse populations and those with varying degrees of mental health needs is also advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We value the contributions of our therapists and offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 110,000 per year, dependent on hours worked and experience. Additionally, we provide a sign-on bonus, weekly direct deposit, and a monthly healthcare stipend for our full-time counselors to ensure you are well-supported financially and professionally.
