Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health challenges. Design and implement effective, individualized treatment plans based on evaluation findings.

• Deliver tailored individual therapy sessions, utilizing a variety of evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness practices to meet each client's specific needs.

• Collaborate with clients to set and monitor therapeutic goals, providing ongoing support and adjustments to treatment as necessary.

• Facilitate teletherapy sessions for clients who face barriers to in-person attendance, ensuring accessibility to mental health services for all individuals, regardless of their circumstances.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of client progress in accordance with ethical guidelines and state regulations, reflecting our commitment to accountability and professionalism.

• Engage in continuous education and professional growth by attending workshops, webinars, and other trainings that focus on emerging therapeutic practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with a diverse group of clients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational issues. Our clients range from young adults navigating transitional life challenges to those seeking support later in life. Understanding their unique backgrounds and experiences is crucial to creating effective treatment plans that resonate on a personal level.

Qualifications\n

• A current, valid license in Washington state as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master's degree or Doctorate in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy.
