Job Description

Part-Time LPN Clermont Park Community

Shift: 4:00 PM 10:30 PM, includes rotating weekends

Week 1 Monday Thursday Fridays

Week 2 Sunday Monday Thursday Fridays

Pay: $33$39/hour

At Clermont Park, we're built on a culture of respect and care one that recognizes and appreciates each individual's unique perspective and value. We're looking for a compassionate, dependable LPN to join our team on a part-time basis for evening shifts.

Position Summary

The LPN provides direct nursing care to residents, working closely with the care team to support each resident's health, comfort, and dignity throughout the evening hours.

What You'll Do

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor and document residents' conditions, reporting changes to the care team
• Support residents with daily care needs in a respectful, person-centered way
• Collaborate with nursing staff, aides, and the interdisciplinary team
• Respond to resident needs and emergencies during the shift
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation

What You'll Need

• Active LPN license in good standing
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Availability for evening shifts and rotating weekends

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications & Experience

• Colorado State Licensed Practical Nurse license, in good standing.
• 1-year experience in a long-term care facility preferred.
• 1-year experience in overseeing and monitoring other staff preferred.
• IV Certification preferred.
• Must have computer word processing and database experience.
• Must be able to read, write and speak the English language.
• Must possess excellent customer service skills.

Working Conditions / Physical Requirements

• Moderate physical effort required by handling objects up to 50 pounds occasionally and/or up to 10 pounds frequently.
• Possible exposure to chemicals, blood borne pathogens and other infectious diseases.
• Sits, stands, bends and moves intermittently during working hours.
• Is subject to frequent interruptions.
• Interacts with residents, family members, visitors frequently.
