Adecco Staffing is seeking a motivated and results-driven Internal Recruiter to join our Chico, CA team. Key Responsibilities Source, recruit, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of temporary and direct hire positions. Post and manage job advertisements across multiple recruiting platforms. Conduct phone screens and in-person or virtual interviews. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates. Coordinate onboarding, employment paperwork, and pre-employment requirements. Maintain accurate candidate records within applicant tracking systems. Partner with hiring managers and clients to understand staffing needs and deliver quality talent. Provide exceptional customer service to applicants, associates, and clients. Support recruiting initiatives, job fairs, and community outreach efforts. Qualifications Previous recruiting, staffing, customer service, sales, or human resources experience preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and recruiting technology platforms. High level of professionalism and attention to detail. Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
