Location: 100% Onsite Eligibility: US Persons Responsibilities: Operate production equipment and support manufacturing operations Read and interpret aerospace blueprints, drawings, and GD&T dimensions Inspect components to ensure specifications and tolerances are met Use precision measuring tools including micrometers, calipers, indicators, and height gauges Follow work instructions, procedures, and quality requirements Maintain accurate production and inspection records Work safely and efficiently in a production environment Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent 2–4 years of related mechanical or manufacturing experience Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail Ability to read and interpret blueprints Familiarity with GD&T and dimensional tolerances Experience using precision measuring instruments Ability to stand for extended periods Basic computer skills Ability to work effectively under general supervision Company Description Select Source International (SSI) is a distinguished workforce solutions provider with nearly 25 years of experience delivering top-tier staffing, recruiting, and managed services.
