Microelectronics Technician

Electronics Technician - We are seeking skilled Electronics Technicians to support the micro-assembly of advanced electronic and laser diode components. This role involves precision assembly, inspection, and alignment work under a microscope, handling components ranging from approximately 1 mm to 250 microns in size. Success in this position requires exceptional hand-eye coordination, manual dexterity, and meticulous attention to detail in a high-precision manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities: Assemble, inspect, and test electronic components and laser diode subassemblies. Perform precision alignment and handling of microscopic parts using microscopes and specialized tools. Conduct fine wire bonding and assembly modifications as required. Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, technical drawings, and manufacturing specifications. Inspect completed assemblies, document results, and identify/report defects or non-conformances. Maintain quality standards while working in cleanroom and ESD-controlled environments. Required Qualifications: Experience performing assembly and inspection work under a microscope. Strong ability to handle and assemble micro-sized components with a high degree of accuracy. Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity. Ability to follow detailed SOPs, work instructions, and engineering drawings. Experience working in cleanroom and ESD-sensitive manufacturing environments. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Preferred Qualifications: Wire bonding experience. Experience in semiconductor, photonics, optical, or electronics manufacturing. Experience with quality inspection, documentation, and reporting processes.
