Senior Supply Chain Specialist, Clinical Logistics

Senior Supply Chain Specialist, Clinical Logistics supports global clinical development programs by managing the movement of clinical materials across domestic and international supply networks. This role ensures compliance, inventory control, and logistics risk mitigation while collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners in a regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end logistics activities including transportation planning, shipment coordination, and distribution across global supply networks
• Establish and maintain transportation lanes while coordinating clinical drug shipments for timely delivery and regulatory compliance
• Maintain accurate clinical supply information, monitor inventory status, and investigate discrepancies
• Serve as primary logistics contact for internal stakeholders, contract manufacturers, and third-party logistics providers
• Identify logistics risks, support issue resolution, and drive continuous improvement initiatives in operations and compliance

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with five years' supply chain experience, or Master's degree with three years' experience
• Knowledge of GDP and GMP operating environments
• Experience supporting pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or regulated healthcare supply chain operations
• Experience with domestic and international shipment activities and cold-chain logistics
• Demonstrated collaboration skills across internal functions and external logistics partners
• Ownership, accountability, and ability to work in fast-paced environments

Compensation: $117,895-$152,570 base
