Precision Landscape is looking for a proven Commercial Landscape Operations Branch Manager to take ownership of our North Palm Beach operation.

This isn't a position for someone who simply manages schedules and crews.

We're looking for a business leader.

You'll have direct responsibility for P&L performance, people, operations, customer retention, service quality, safety, and growth.

If you understand both sides of commercial landscaping — the numbers and the field — we want to talk to you.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

As Branch Manager, you'll be responsible for the overall performance of the operation, including:

• Full branch P&L responsibility
• Revenue, margins, budgets, labor and job costing
• Landscape maintenance, enhancements, irrigation, trees, shop and safety
• Recruiting, developing and retaining high-performing teams
• Managing Account Managers, field leadership and crews
• Monitoring KPIs and correcting performance issues quickly
• Identifying enhancement and additional revenue opportunities
• Customer satisfaction and account retention
• Quality-control inspections and operational standards
• Equipment, vehicles, inventory and subcontractors
• Contracts, estimates, proposals and operational planning
• OSHA, PPE and company safety compliance
• Building a culture of performance, accountability and teamwork

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We're looking for someone who has already demonstrated the ability to lead people and run a profitable commercial landscape operation.

You should bring:

• 5+ years of commercial landscape management or operational leadership experience
• Proven P&L and budget responsibility
• Strong knowledge of labor management, job costing and margins
• Experience leading multiple crews, managers and departments
• Commercial landscape maintenance and horticultural knowledge
• Experience with estimating, contracts and enhancement opportunities
• Strong client relationship and account-retention skills
• A track record of developing and holding teams accountable
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities
• Valid driver's license

This is an active leadership position combining office management with regular involvement in field operations throughout the North Palm Beach market.
