We're a boutique employee benefits brokerage based in Nashville, TN, trusted by businesses across Middle Tennessee for consultative benefits solutions. As we expand across Tennessee and the Southeast, we're hiring a driven Employee Benefits Sales Representative to build and grow a book of business. What You'll Do Prospect and develop new business relationships with mid-market employers across Tennessee and the Southeast Build and maintain relationships with C-level and HR decision-makers, positioning our firm as a trusted benefits partner Analyze client needs and construct consultative benefits solutions spanning health, dental, vision, life, disability, and voluntary products Source referrals and attend industry events to expand your network and pipeline Partner with our account management team to ensure smooth onboarding and strong client retention Meet or exceed annual new-business sales goals What You Bring Proven track record in B2B sales, ideally within group employee benefits, insurance, or a related consultative-selling field 3+ years of sales experience with demonstrated ability to grow a territory or book of business Strong relationship-building skills with HR leaders, business owners, and C-suite contacts Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset comfortable working in a small, close-knit team environment Tennessee life & health insurance license (or ability to obtain quickly) Willingness to travel within Middle TN and the broader Southeast as the territory grows Why Join Us Work directly with firm leadership — not lost in a large corporate structure Ground-floor opportunity to help shape our expansion strategy across the Southeast Established reputation and client base in the Nashville market to support your prospecting #J-18808-Ljbffr Pancoast Benefits
