CNC Machine Operator – 1st ShiftAbundant Solutions is seeking experienced and detail-oriented CNC Machine Operators for a 1st shift opportunity in Plano, TX. This position is ideal for candidates with hands-on CNC experience who are comfortable working in a structured, quality-focused manufacturing environment. Candidates should be dependable, safety-conscious, detail-oriented, and able to follow established procedures and production standards. Pay $21.00+ per hour – Depending on Experience Schedule Monday–Thursday | 6:00 AM–4:30 PM Must be flexible and willing to work overtime as needed.ResponsibilitiesOperate and monitor Horizontal CNC and RoboDrill machinesMonitor machining processes and make necessary machine and tooling adjustmentsInput, modify, and troubleshoot CNC programs, including G-code or similar programmingRead and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructionsInspect finished parts using precision measuring toolsUse calipers, micrometers, and other measuring equipment to verify part qualityMonitor tooling and machining processes for quality and consistencyPerform routine machine maintenance and housekeepingMaintain a clean and organized work areaFollow all safety, quality, and production proceduresCommunicate production or quality concerns to supervisors and team membersRequirementsPrevious CNC machine operating experienceHorizontal CNC and/or RoboDrill experience preferredExperience with HAAS, FANUC, or similar controls preferredAbility to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawingsExperience using calipers, micrometers, and precision measuring toolsBasic understanding of feeds, speeds, tooling, and machining processesStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityGood communication and teamwork skillsReliable attendance and punctualityStrong work ethic and ability to follow detailed instructionsMust be comfortable working in a structured and procedure-driven environmentMust be willing to work overtime as neededAdditional RequirementsEnglish communication requiredClean background requiredU.S. citizenship required due to the nature and federal requirements associated with the positionMust successfully complete the client's required screening and hiring processAbundant Solutions 1100 Jupiter Rd #118 Plano, TX 75074
