Senior Accountant

Senior AccountantContractor for a term of 3 months to fill a temporary gap in team resources. Primary responsibilities include:Preparation of the annual audited financial statementsPreparation of bank regulatory filings (e.g., Call Report, FR Y-9C)Coordination and completion of financial statement audit requestsAssistance with the preparation of board financial packagesEnsuring accounting procedures are documented and updatedPerforming other tasks as assignedMinimum QualificationsBachelor's Degree in AccountingFinancial reporting experience (banking preferred)2 - 4 years of experiencePreferred QualificationsPublic accounting experienceCPA certification/candidateRegulatory reporting experienceStrong computer skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsDemonstrated problem solving abilityStrong organization skillsAbility to work under deadlinesGood leadership and project management skills
