FACECARD MEDSPA is hiring a driven, sales-focused Lead Concierge to turn incoming leads into qualified, booked consultations. This is not a receptionist or traditional front-desk position. This is a sales role for someone who knows how to follow up, handle objections, build rapport, and confidently secure appointments. Compensation Lead Concierge | In-House Sales FACECARD MEDSPA | Oak Brook, IL FACECARD MEDSPA is hiring a driven, sales-focused Lead Concierge to turn incoming leads into qualified, booked consultations. This is not a receptionist or traditional front-desk position. This is a sales role for someone who knows how to follow up, handle objections, build rapport, and confidently secure appointments. Compensation Guaranteed Base Pay: $2,500/month PLUS $75 for every qualified appointment booked. Commission is uncapped and paid on top of your base salary. Minimum Performance Expectation: 20 booked appointments/month Earning Potential 20 appointments = $4,000/month 30 appointments = $4,750/month 40 appointments = $5,500/month 50 appointments = $6,250/month 60 appointments = $7,000/month Strong performers should target 40+ qualified appointments per month. What You’ll Do Respond quickly to new inbound leads Call, text, and consistently follow up with prospective patients Build rapport and identify the prospect’s concerns, goals, and readiness Educate prospects on FACECARD’s consultation process and treatment philosophy Handle common objections around price, timing, fear, and readiness Confidently ask for the appointment Book qualified consultations directly onto the schedule Re-engage older leads who have not yet booked Follow up with no-shows and prospects who need additional nurturing Maintain accurate lead notes and follow-up activity in our CRM Work closely with the Sales Director to improve booking and conversion performance Meet weekly and monthly appointment-booking KPIs Who We’re Looking For Naturally confident on the phone Comfortable having sales conversations Persistent without being pushy Highly organized with follow-up Competitive and motivated by performance Comfortable being held accountable to numbers Able to think quickly and communicate professionally Someone who takes ownership instead of waiting to be told what to do Excited by commissions and uncapped earning potential You should be comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls and following up multiple times with prospects who have expressed interest. This Role Is NOT For You If: You are uncomfortable talking on the phone You avoid asking people to make decisions You need constant direction or supervision You consider one or two follow-ups enough You are looking primarily for a receptionist or customer-service position You become discouraged by rejection You are uncomfortable working toward measurable sales goals Performance Expectations This position is measured primarily by qualified appointments booked , not simply hours worked. We are looking for someone who understands that leads must be worked consistently and that strong follow-up directly impacts revenue.
