Client Services Lead - Casualty Claims

Sedgwick

Sedgwick is seeking a Client Service Manager in Columbus, Ohio to manage multiple client service programs while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Applicants should have at least 5 years of claims management experience and demonstrate strong leadership skills. This role requires effective communication with clients, as well as the ability to coordinate renewal processes and client invoicing.
