Client Services Coordinator - Remote

HB Travels

We are looking for an organized and service-oriented Client Services Coordinator to assist clients with questions, requests, reservations, and ongoing support.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, communicates professionally, and enjoys coordinating information while helping clients navigate available options.

Key Responsibilities

Communicate with clients regarding questions and service requests
Gather information about individual needs and preferences
Research appropriate options and solutions
Coordinate reservation and service requests
Provide accurate and timely information
Review details for accuracy and completeness
Communicate with providers when additional assistance is required
Maintain organized client records
Provide follow-up regarding outstanding requests
Assist with updates and changes
Build positive client relationships through consistent communication

Qualifications

Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational abilities
Customer-focused and professional
Strong attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple client requests
Comfortable researching information online
Basic computer proficiency
Ability to learn new systems
Strong time-management skills
Previous customer service or administrative experience is helpful but not required
