Also responsible for acquiring follow-on business associated with assigned projects and for supporting new business development/capture efforts by leading relatively small proposals or assisting with major proposals.Critical Knowledge & Skills:Demonstrated ability of managing large business application software development efforts.Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term strategic relationships with clients.Demonstrated ability to identify and capture new business opportunities within the Healthcare IT market.Demonstrated ability of supporting proposal/bid/negotiation strategies for new business opportunities.Must have Previous (Center for Medicare and Medicaid) CMS experience.10 years of Information Technology experience.Must have excellent written and communication skills.Must have hands-on working knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, & PowerPoint).Must have hands-on working knowledge of MS Project.Education and PlusesA Bachelor degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of ten to twelve years of related experience in a related technical environment are required.PMI PMP PreferredThe proposed salary range for this position in Maryland is 110,000 to 130,000. Final salary will be determined based on various factors.
