Attend to the front desk, take and transfer incoming calls, greet and direct visitors, sort mail, book travel arrangements./liliAssist Inside Sales with administrative tasks. Help respond to RFIs, help direct leads to the appropriate person, respond to simple RFIs when possible./liliAssist in filing and archiving within the customer service department./liliComplete reports using SAP and MS Excel/li/ulh3Requirements:/h3ulliBachelors Degree in Business Administrative, Communication, or related field of study./liliProficiency in basic math (add, subtract, multiply, divide, understand calculations related to percentages, basic algebra)/liliIntermediate Excel skills. Familiarity with VLOOKUP, pivot tables, formulae, etc./liliPositive, high-energy, resilient personality./liliAbility to complete a high-volume amount of work while remaining detail-focused.
