Customer Service Representative
We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team immediately. This role is ideal for a customer-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can effectively manage high-volume communication, administrative responsibilities, and problem resolution.
Position Overview
The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and highly organized , with the ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
- Pay: $22–$27/hour (based on experience)
- Interview Type: In-person with client
- Schedule Flexibility: Required (training on first shift, then assigned schedule)
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service via phone and computer systems
- Accurately complete administrative tasks and data entry
- Utilize Microsoft Office tools, including Excel formulas and functions
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally
- Manage multiple priorities in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Support logistics-related inquiries when applicable
Requirements
- 3–5 years of customer service experience
- Strong computer and administrative skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel required)
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (formulas/functions)
- Strong multitasking, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage stress effectively
- Self-starter with high attention to detail
- Ability to train on first shift
- Logistics experience is a plus
- Resume required for submission
Available Shifts
- Second Shift: 1:00 PM – 11:30 PM (1 opening)
- Third Shift: 9:00 PM – 7:30 AM (2 openings)
- Weekend Nights: 5:00 PM – 5:30 AM (2 openings)
- Weekend Days: 5:00 AM – 5:30 PM (1 opening)
