Responsibilities Carrying out research on GaN and SiC power converters Help maintain the laboratory equipment and order supplies Mentoring graduate students with research group Other related functions as assigned Required Qualifications Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering or a related field within the past 3 years Experience in power electronics hardware Preferred Qualifications Excellent communication and collaboration skills Able to work independently and as a team member Salary Range $75,568 Working Conditions May work around standard office conditions May work around electrical and mechanical hazards Repetitive use of a keyboard at a workstation Required Materials Resume/CV 3 work references with their contact information Letter of interest Background Checks A criminal history background check will be required for finalist(s) under consideration for this position.
