Commercial Litigation AttorneyOur growing business litigation law firm is seeking an experienced Commercial Litigation Attorney to join our team. We are open to hiring at the Mid-Level Associate, Senior Associate, Senior Counsel, or Of Counsel level based on experience and qualifications.Our practice is dedicated exclusively to complex commercial and business litigation. This role is ideal for an attorney with substantial experience handling sophisticated business disputes and high-stakes litigation.Qualifications:5+ years of commercial/business litigation experience.Experience handling complex business disputes, contract litigation, shareholder and partnership disputes, fiduciary duty claims, real estate litigation, banking and financial services litigation, or other complex commercial matters.Ability to independently manage litigation from pleadings through trial preparation.Strong experience with depositions, discovery, motion practice, hearings, mediations, and court appearances.Exceptional legal writing, analytical, and advocacy skills.Professional client-facing demeanor with strong communication skills.Spanish fluency is a plus but not required.Licensed in Florida in good standing.Why Join Us?Handle sophisticated, high-value commercial litigation.Work alongside experienced trial attorneys in a collaborative environment.Litigate against leading regional and national law firms.Opportunity for long-term career growth with partnership-track potential.Work EnvironmentThis position is based in our Coral Gables office.
