Electrical Manufacturing Engineer - Cable Assemblies & Wire Harnesses

We are seeking an Electrical Manufacturing Engineer to support the manufacturing, testing, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of complex cable and electro-mechanical assemblies. This is an excellent opportunity for an engineer with hands-on manufacturing experience who enjoys solving technical challenges and working in a fast-paced production environment. Responsibilities s:Support electrical testing, troubleshooting, diagnostics, and root cause analysi s.Develop and maintain manufacturing documentation, work instructions, and engineering change orders (ECOs ).Resolve manufacturing and production-related issue s.Design and improve test methods, fixtures, and inspection processe s.Build and support prototype assemblies and product introductio n.Identify Design for Manufacturing (DFM) opportunities and process improvemen t.Collaborate with Engineering, Production, Quality, Suppliers, and Customers on technical issue s.Support ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 quality processes and documentati Requirements ts:Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering preferred; Associate's Degree or equivalent technical training consider ed.3-5 years of manufacturing engineering experie nceExperience with cable assemblies, wire harnesses, or electro-mechanical products strongly preferr ed.Background in electrical testing, diagnostics, troubleshooting, and root cause analy sisAbility to read and interpret electrical schemat icsFamiliarity with manufacturing documentation, quality systems, and engineering change proce ss.Proficiency with MS Office and ERP syst Work Authorization ationMust be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card HoldSponsorship is not available for this #J-18808-Ljbffr Connected Systems Partners, Inc.
