Entry-Level Office Assistant

Pay: $15.00 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday-Friday
Location: Travelers Rest

We are seeking a dependable and motivated Entry-Level Office Assistant to join our Electrical Engineering team at our Travelers Rest location. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start a career in an office environment. Previous office experience is not required-we're looking for someone who is eager to learn, professional, and comfortable using a computer and communicating with customers.

Responsibilities

Answer and direct incoming phone calls
Greet customers and visitors
Perform data entry and basic computer tasks
File, scan, and organize documents
Assist with general administrative duties
Maintain an organized workspace

Qualifications

Basic computer skills
Comfortable answering phones and communicating professionally
Strong attention to detail
Reliable with a positive attitude
Willingness to learn and grow in an office environment
