Sr. Performance Marketing Manager (United States)

Fractional Demand , a B2B Growth Marketing Agency that specializes in turning strategy into high-performing paid media campaigns, is seeking a passionate and data-driven Sr. Performance Marketing Manager to join our growing team.

In This Role, You Will:

• Manage 4-7 B2B clients, running their paid media accounts across various platforms, including Google, LinkedIn, Meta, Reddit, X, OpenAI, etc.
• Act as the account manager for the clients you manage
• Develop and execute data-driven paid search and paid social strategies aligned with client goals and industry best practices.
• Manage campaign budgets, optimize performance, and deliver exceptional results that drive lead generation and ROI.
• Conduct in-depth competitor analysis and stay current on paid media trends and platform updates.
• Collaborate with clients’ internal teams (creatives, strategists) to ensure seamless campaign execution.
• Translate client needs into actionable campaign plans, goals, and KPIs.
• Generate insightful reports and recommendations for clients, keeping them informed of campaign performance.
• Go beyond top-of-funnel performance to help the client understand the down-funnel impact of the accounts/campaigns you're managing for them.

Job Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience working in-house at a B2B tech company managing paid media campaigns.
• Proven expertise in paid search (Google Ads) and paid social (LinkedIn, Meta, X Ads, Reddit) advertising.
• A strong understanding of B2B marketing principles, lead generation strategies, and the B2B buyer journey.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable campaign optimizations.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills to clearly communicate campaign results and recommendations to clients.
• A passion for staying ahead of the curve on the latest paid media trends and platform updates.
• The ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
• A results-oriented mindset with a focus on exceeding client expectations.
