Environmental Services / Custodial Operations Manager 2

Role Overview Sodexo is seekingan evening Environmental Services Operations Manager 2 for Winchester Hospital located in Winchester, MA . The Operations Manager will oversee a team of approximately 15 housekeepers on the 2nd shift (approximate hours 4PM-12:30AMish) at this 229 bed facility with some weekends and holidays reporting to the General Manager. What You'll Do be responsible for driving client and patient satisfaction scores provide a clean and safe environment for patients, visitors and staff and works closely with the Infectious Control department work with the Environment of Care Committee and Infection Prevention Director effectively manages the Unit Operating System support a diverse and inclusive workforce What We Offer Compensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience.
